Santa Barbara Electric Bike Tour

Santa Barbara - e-bike tour - Butterfly BeachWhat a fantastic way to explore Santa Barbara! We recently went on a private electric bike tour with Cal Coast Adventures and loved every minute of it.

Brody was our guide on this tour, and he quickly exhibited his love and knowledge of the area. He took us on a long but leisurely ride along beautiful bike trails, beaches, and city streets.

The bikes were very steady and comfortable, and the electric assist helped us climb some steep hills.

Paradise Gardens Park

nullThe Disney Resort is practically in my backyard. Throughout the years we learned a lot about Disney’s parks, hotels, shopping, and restaurants. In these pages, we will share our knowledge with you.

Paradise Garden Park takes you back to the days of seaside carnivals with thrill rides, parlor games, and fast food.

This area surrounds a large lake where the “World of Color” show plays.

Disco Divas, Las Vegas

Disco Divas - Olivia Newton-JohnDisco Divas in Las Vegas is just one of the countless shows that dazzle and entertain visitors. So, why choose this show? If you were enamored with the disco craze of the 70s and 80s, then Disco Divas at the Alexis Park Resort is tailor-made for you. It emerges as a radiant tribute to the disco queens.

Visit California on a budget

Los Angeles skyline from observation towerSouthern California is well-known for popular destinations like Disneyland, Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), and the beaches. But most of those places will cost you an arm and a leg.

So what can you do when you are on a budget? Believe it or not, there is plenty to do for free or almost free in the Southland. Here are a few of my favorite places.

Stroll through some rustic old towns, visit ethnic enclaves, take a walk on the beach, go for a hike, spend time at a museum, or take a Scenic Drive
